Couch to 5K

Third and Fourth class started the couch to 5k programme in January. The ten week programme had both classes out running every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Each session began with a warm-up. Goodbye Kelvin

A great celebration in the hall today to say thank you and goodbye to Kelvin. Many thanks to Múinteoir Pól and to all who helped organise the event and for all the kind donations. Kelvin will be greatly missed by children and staff alike.
