Our Futsal teams had great success at the MDL in Navan last week. The boys defeated Nobber, Cushinstown, Curragha and Ballinlough before advancing to the final against Wilkinstown. Gaelscoil struck first with the opening goal only for Wilkinstown to equalise in the last minute. However Wilkinstown came out on top on in the exciting penalty shoot-out. Gaelscoil Girls were equally impressive, winning all four group games against Rathregan, Ballinlough, Curragha and Cushinstown before eventually being pipped by Kilcloon in a 1-0 win in the final.  Mile Buíochas to managers Múinteoirí Caitlín and Pól and all the parents who came to Navan to support the teams on the day.
